The Waldheim is a seasonal resort open from the end of June through Columbus Day and operates on the AMERICAN PLAN which includes three full meals daily. A two-day minimum stay applies.

Rates vary depending upon the number in the party, the size of the cottage, and the number of baths and other amenities in the cottage. For example: The rate for a party of two in a two-bedroom cottage having one bath is $895.00 per person per week; for a party of three it is $743.00, and for a party of four, $678.00. In our large cottages the rate ranges from $607.00 (for a party of six or more) to $895.00 for a party of four.

For weekly rates, a week runs from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. People making a weekly reservation will be expected to pay for the full week.

	Ten through Twelve		2/3 Adult Rate
			Each child over one year is counted as one in determining the number in a party.

Daily rates run from $113.00 to $172.00 per person for adults. Children'’s rates would be figured as stated above.

After Labor Day there is a flat weekly rate of $835.00 for adults and a flat daily rate of $127.00 for adults. Single occupancy in the fall is 1 1/2 times the rate except for Pointview, the Loft and Dream.

Pets: $142.00 per week or $25.00 per day per animal.

Washcloths are not provided.

A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. If a reservation is canceled and the accommodation is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded.

Rates do NOT include 8 percent SALES TAX or GRATUITIES. Credit cards are NOT accepted but we will take personal checks.
